Medication
What types of medication do you carry?
We carry over the counter medication and supplements. Pharmarun currently doesn't deliver schedule II medication. This in simple terms would be any medication that a prescription is required for.
How am I sure the medication I get is authentic?
We only work with registered and licensed pharmacies. These stores are regulated by the Pharmacist Council of Nigeria and stock medication in line with NAFDAC regulations.
How does Pharmarun get its medication?
We have a growing network of licensed pharmacies across Nigeria.
Can I order medication for someone else?
Yes you can. Please use the order for familly and friends section of the app.
How do you handle cold chain medication?
For medication, that is required to be kept cold or below 25oc, we will ensure it is transported with a cold pack and advise you to refridgerate it immediately.
Delivery
Does Pharmarun deliver everywhere in Nigeria?
Yes. We offer same day delivery within some cities. But for cities we currently do not operate in, we offer out of state delivery
How long does it take before my medication gets to me?
Our standard delivery promise is 3hours for orders placed between 8am- 8pm daily
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery price is based on your location and is costed and communicated to you within the app
How is my medication delivered?
Your medication is delivered via our third party logistics conpany from our pharmacy partners close to you
Do you deliver controlled substances?
No, we do not as these medications are highly regulated. You will need to visit the closest registered hospital to get a prescription.

What other services do you offer asides medication delivery?
Pharmarun offers teleconsultations with licensed pharmacists, laboratory testing and emergency response services.
How does medication subscription work?
On the app, you can schedule to receive your medication at the same time every month
Can I talk to a pharmacist?
Yes, you can book a consultation with a licensed pharmacist here.
Can your Pharmarun pharmacist write a prescription for me?
No we do not write prescriptions. However, you can book a consultation with a licensed pharmacist for medication reccomendations and referrals.
How will i refill my medication?
Once you set up a subscription with us, your medication will be refilled automatically based on how many days your dosage should last.
Payment
Can I pay on delivery
We currently operate a cashless policy and so we do not accept payment on delivery.
Can I pay in installments?
We offer a buy now pay later service after a quick credit check to ensure you get your medication right when you need it. Terms and Conditions Apply.

We open at 8am and close at 6pm daily

Yes , we are listed with some HMO's etc
Where are you located?
We are located in Lagos, Ibadan, Abuja and Port Harcourt with plans of expanding into other states in Nigeria.
Policies
Can I return my order?
No we cant return a medication after it has been dispatched, however a picture confirmation of the medication and brand and othere details will be communicated before dispatched
Does Pharmarun give refunds?
Pharmarun operates a no refund policy on orders. We ensure you get exactly what you ordered and thus, do not offer refunds once ordered are dispatched.
Is my information secure?
Your information is secure with us as we operate a discreet service policy.
